Privacy & Cookies
The short version: we use your details to answer you about your project, we don’t sell them, and this site doesn’t track you around the web.
1. What we collect
When you ask for a free estimate, the form collects your name, phone number, email, property address, type of project, property size, budget range, preferred timeline, how you heard about us, and anything else you choose to tell us.
The form does not send anything to a server. When you press “Send My Estimate Request”, your own email app opens with your answers filled in, addressed to bbsbusybees04@gmail.com, and nothing is sent until you send that email. If you call or text us, we see your phone number and whatever you tell us.
2. How we use it
- To reply to you, set up a walkthrough and give you a quote.
- To schedule and do the work, deliver and pick up rentals, and send invoices.
- To keep normal business records.
We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking.
3. Who we share it with
Only with the services we use to run the business, such as our email and phone providers, and only as needed to do that job. We may also share information if the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet tax and legal record-keeping rules. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will unless the law requires us to keep them.
5. Cookies and browser storage
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and it doesn’t run analytics today. It stores two small items in your browser so it works the way you expect:
| Name | Type | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| bbs-consent-v1 | Local storage (essential) | Remembers your cookie choice so the notice doesn’t keep coming back. | Until you clear it |
| bbs-tip | Session storage (essential) | Remembers that you have already seen the “Tap the hive” tip. | Until you close the tab |
If you allow analytics or marketing in the cookie settings, your answer is saved so it is respected if we ever add those tools. We will update this page before we do.
The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle it.
6. Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- Tell us to stop texting or emailing you about anything other than a job you have booked.
- Clear this site’s storage at any time in your browser settings.
7. Children
This site is for adults arranging services. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
8. Changes and contact
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top. Questions or requests? Call or text 832-960-8089 or email bbsbusybees04@gmail.com.
